About Me

Hey there. Thanks for stopping by my blog and checking out my About Me page. I'm so glad you stopped by. My name is Christina. I'm the blogger/writer behind the blog Just Miss C. I'm a Yogi, Spirit Junkie, Makeup Hoarder, Coffee Lover, Online Health and Fitness coach and Mom to my fur babies. I love glitter, unicorns, and mermaids.

I started my blog Just Miss C almost two years ago. My how time flies. When I started my blog I really wanted an outlet besides Facebook and Instagram to share my life. I love just writing about my fur babies, my spiritual practices, what lights me up on the inside, and sharing my passions with the world.

I consider myself a Yogi and Spirit Junkie. I've always been fascinated with spirituality in general. I really realized the importance of self care and how quickly we can let ourselves get burned out if we don't take time for ourselves. Yoga and spirituality became my outlet from what was going on around me. I started my yoga practice on the regular about 5 years ago. My grandma was struggling with cancer and I started reading "Autobiography of a yogi." That was the first time I ever really started doing yoga as a spiritual practice. 2 years ago I started Kundalini Yoga. I immediately fell in love with it. That's when my love for yoga really grew as well as meditation. I found it at a time when so many changes were happening in my life. I was severely depressed and anxious and had a lot going on behind the scenes in my life. Yoga became my silver lining.

                                                               I have Three Fur babies:
                                                             Harley Rose, Lucky, and Ollie

I started as an online Health and Fitness coach in June 2017. Two months before my 30th birthday I was depressed and had lost confidence. I didn't feel good about myself and I knew I needed to make a change. I wanted to go into my 30's taking care of myself. So, I joined a challenge group. Little did I know that it would change my life in so many different ways.  I got my confidence back, I started losing weight, and just felt better. I actually became a morning person and I used to hate getting up early. This led to my soul purpose and my passion of helping others get healthy, fit, and live a life they are passionate about.

Now my main goal is to inspire and empower other women to live a life they are passionate about through health, fitness,  coaching,  blogging, and writing. A few years ago I never would have considered myself an Entrepreneur. But, I love being creative and doing something I'm truly passionate about.

Thanks for stopping by my blog and taking the time to read about me. I look forward to sharing my journey with you.
